Refunds

If a vial arrives damaged, or the lot does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including original shipping.

Unopened material

Unopened, unused vials with an intact crimp seal may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.

Opened material

Because storage conditions cannot be verified once material leaves our control, we cannot accept the return of an opened or unsealed vial. This protects the integrity of every lot we release.

How a refund is issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. You will receive written confirmation when the refund is issued.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number.
