Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We cannot ship internationally at this time.

Shipping options and cost

Every order over $200 ships free by DHL Ground. Below $200 you choose your service at checkout:

• DHL Ground, $10.00
• UPS 2Day, $17.50
• UPS Next Day, $29.00

Free DHL Ground is applied automatically once your cart reaches $200. The faster services stay available on any order.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Arizona time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Packaging

Lyophilised material ships in a sealed glass vial, packed in protective foam with a cold pack inside an insulated box.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a vial arrives damaged, or the lot does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it.

Returns

Because these are research materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. Unopened, unused vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
