What does research use only mean?
These materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this site should be read as medical guidance.
How is the material tested?
Every production lot is assayed by an independent laboratory using high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. Identity, purity and mass are recorded and filed against the lot number.
Can I see the certificate before I buy?
Yes. Send us the compound and we will provide the current lot certificate. If you already have a vial, send the lot number and we will return that exact report.
How is the material supplied?
Lyophilised powder in a sealed glass vial under a crimped aluminium cap, packed in protective foam with a cold pack in an insulated box.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2pm Arizona time on a business day are dispatched the same day.
How should material be stored?
Lyophilised material should be kept cold and protected from light. Storage and handling are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
Do you offer a subscription?
Yes, on our blends. Glow and Klow are supplied on a monthly schedule that can be changed or cancelled at any time.
Do you have an affiliate programme?
Yes, with three commission tiers. You can apply here and we will review your application.
